Wanda Wen

Wanda Wen is the Founder and CEO of Soolip, the celebrated Los Angeles stationer and fine paper arts boutique favored by celebrities and tastemakers. Wen opened Soolip on Melrose Avenue in the heart of L.A.'s design district 16 years ago out of a life-long passion for paper, print design and letter writing, after a stimulating 11 - year career in New York's fashion industry. With the passionate and tasteful guidance of Wen, Soolip has become synonymous with an inspired way of living. A noted style authority of modern and conscious living, and a leading paper expert, Wen has been featured in the New York Times, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, C Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, Travel & Leisure, Town & Country, W, People, InStyle, Elle, and Los Angeles Times. Wen has also appeared on the Today Show, Style Network, E!, HGTV and the Fine Living Channel.

Brooke Zipperman

Born and raised in Southern California, Brooke moved to New York after graduating from Arizona State University to pursue a career in event planning. After learning everything there was to know about the Big Apple and surviving two winters she moved back to Los Angeles and has been here ever since. She has been planning, designing and executing events from Los Angeles to Australia and around the world for over ten years.

Last year she joined A Soolip Wedding as the Co-Producer and knew it was the perfect fit. Ready to leave the corporate world behind, A Soolip Wedding brought her the perfect blend of organization and planning with the creative and beauty of weddings. She is looking forward to another fun and exciting year bringing inspiration to brides in California.

Brooke recently got married and loves traveling with her new husband and spending time with him and their Labrador Retriever. You will find them running along the beach in Manhattan Beach or hiking and skiing in Mammoth.

Erica Ahlin

Born in Los Angeles and raised in the mountains of Utah. Erica comes from a family where they celebrate everything in life from your kindergarten graduation to your steps down the aisle, planning events was a natural fit. With over 12 years of experience in design, production and execution of events from Los Angeles to Hong Kong. Erica’s attention to detail and attentiveness to clients is what she prides herself on.

After graduating from the University of Utah, she moved to New York City where she gained great life experience and developed her skills in event planning and production. She returned to Utah to work for the 2002 Winter Olympics and then finally made her home in LA 9 years ago.

“When I first was introduced to A Soolip Wedding my first reaction was a bridal event, how different can it be from what I have seen? Which wasn't much! Then I met Wanda Wen and knew that Soolip was unique, unlike any other! Our goal is to create an incredible event that inspires each individual, whether you are the bride, family and friends, or one of our outstanding partners. I firmly believe you can find inspiration in everything you are surrounded by.”

In her spare time you will find her traveling to a new destination, heading to a yoga class, hitting the ski slopes of Utah and spending time with family and friends.
